How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order in the following ways: Credit, debit or prepaid card, COD, Paypal, Bank account deposit and cash or credit card upon receipt of the order from our physical store. More detailed information can be found in the payment methods section.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are delivered to the Courier company the next working day, the delivery time is estimated at 1-2 working days for shipments within Attica and 2-4 for the rest of Greece and inaccessible areas. More details can be found in the shipping methods section.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course you can cancel your order as long as it has not been delivered to the Courier company, you will know that it has been delivered because we will send you a relevant email for your information. Can I change or return a product I received?

Can I track the progress of my order?

If you place your order while you were logged in then in the My Account section on the left you will find the orders menu, there you will find any order you have placed. If you placed the order as a guest, you can use the order number and email that you stated when you placed it, to see its progress in the order development section.

I chose the option pick up and payment from the store. How long do I have to pick up my order?

The products will be kept for 2 days from the moment your order is in the state "Ready to receive from the store". In case you do not receive it within 2 days then it is canceled and the products become available again for purchase to everyone.
