PAYMENT METHODS
Verykoko Kids, with the aim of facilitating transactions and providing you with immediate service, provides all the following payment options:
1. Shipping by Cash on Delivery.
You pay in cash at the time of collection, paying the price of your order to the partner courier companies (Courier Center, Elta Courier). The cost of cash on delivery amounts to €2.00. Cash on delivery is available as a payment method for orders worth up to one hundred (100) euros. Cash on delivery is not valid for shipments to Cyprus. Areas outside the Courier Center networks are considered inaccessible (Find out about the Courier Center branch network either from the relevant attached file or from the Courier Center website).
2. Payment by bank deposit.
After purchasing the products from our online store, you then deposit the money into the account that will be given to you at the time of your order. There is no fee charged to you with this payment method. The bank accounts to which you can deposit the amount of your order are as follows:

Pay for your order via Viva Wallet using any of your linked credit or debit cards. The transaction is completed through the secure environment of Viva Wallet.
Payment by Card.
You can pay by credit/debit/prepaid card VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO, at no extra cost. The payment will be charged and taken from the user's account as soon as Verykoko-kids.gr receives his order and checks his details. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validity and authorization checks by the card issuer. If the body that issued the user's card refuses to give Verykoko-Kids.gr authorization for the payment, the latter cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the order.
RETURN POLICY
The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from the online store www.Verykoko-kids.gr
When receiving the parcel, you must check the products for possible errors in the order or for any defect in the items.
Returns / Changes
You have the right to return/exchange the whole order or part of it within 15 calendar days from the day the package arrives at your address.
1) In the case of our own fault, please inform us within 5 calendar days from the date of arrival at your address and the costs of returning and resending another product are covered by us.
2) If you wish to make a change for any other reason, in addition to the above, we cover the return costs and resend the product at your own expense. Shipping costs are €5.00 for payment via bank deposit/transfer. If you choose cash on delivery as the method of payment, there are additional costs of cash on delivery of €2.00 (total replacement amount €7.00. You must choose Elta Courier or Courier Center to return the products to our store at the recipient's (i.e. our store's) charge) .You can exchange the product for any one you wish (in case of stock out).
3) Underwear cannot be changed/returned for reasons of hygiene.
4) If you want a refund, you send the product back to us at your own expense and we refund your money.
The product must be returned using its original packaging, including all boxes, tags, retail receipt and wrappers. No exchange and return requests will be accepted if the product has been used after opening or is damaged.
